The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements, mapping, and reporting to support ongoing project activities. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and site teams.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys using modern instruments such as Total Station and GPS equipment.

Prepare precise survey reports, maps, and data required for design and construction.

Verify and record survey data, including measurements, calculations, and coordinates.

Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and project management teams.

Ensure that all survey work meets quality, safety, and engineering standards.

Maintain proper documentation of survey records for future reference and project audits.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.

Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying or a related field.

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Total Station, and survey software.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to interpret drawings, levels, and technical documents.

Willingness to work on-site across various project locations in the UAE.

Salary and Benefits

Attractive monthly salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,500 (depending on experience).
