* Diet Cook — 3 Nos | OMR 180 – 200
* Continental & Arabic Cook — 5 Nos | OMR 180 – 220
* Breakfast Cook — 5 Nos | OMR 180 – 220
* Butcher — 5 Nos | OMR 150 – 180
* Bakery Chef — 5 Nos | OMR 250 – 350
* Housekeeping Supervisor — 5 Nos | OMR 180 – 250
* Facility Manager — 2 Nos | OMR 1100 – 1200
Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
Each role has specific duties but all positions require commitment to quality, discipline, and good teamwork. Typical responsibilities include:
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene and consistent food quality in kitchen operations.
* Managing staff rosters and supervising daily operations (for supervisory roles).
* Conducting inventory control, stock management and procurement (Storekeeper).
* Preparing specialised menus (South Indian, Continental, Arabic, Diet).
* Overseeing housekeeping standards and training housekeeping staff.
* Monitoring facility operations, maintenance and vendor coordination (Facility Manager).
Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in relevant hospitality/catering/facility roles (Gulf experience preferred).
* Relevant trade certificates or culinary qualifications are advantageous for cook and chef roles.
* Strong leadership and communication skills for supervisory and managerial roles.
* Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Oman.
* Age preference: up to 45 years (unless role specifies otherwise).
